Moving Qi - you prolong life
Qigong
Qigong, pronounced “chi gong,” was developed in China thousands of years ago as part of traditional Chinese medicine. It involves using exercises to optimize energy within the body, mind, and spirit, with the goal of improving and maintaining health and well-being. Qigong has both psychological and physical components and involves the regulation of the mind, breath, and body’s movement and posture.
Tai Chi
Tai chi, also called tai chi chuan, is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercise and stretching. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion.

Chinese Medicine
part of the science of "life education", which, in addition to medical practices: acupuncture, cupping therapy, gua sha, moxibustion, includes various methods of psychophysiological practices: wushu, qigong, tai chi chuan, tao-yin, etc.
  • Acupuncture therapy
this is the insertion of a needle into our body, to stimulate special (acupuncture) points on the body, to balance and facilitate the circulation of blood, fluid and the flow of "qi" or energy along certain paths of the body
  • Moxibustion
Moxibustion is the burning of the herb mugwort on specific points of the body to promote warmth internally, stimulate energetic and biological movement in channels, and to strengthen the internal fortitude of the energetic body-system. Moxibustion is one of the oldest of all practices in Oriental Medicine, thought by some scholars to possibly even pre-date acupuncture.

  • Cupping therapy
Cupping is a method whereas we use suction cups on the skin to bring to the surface metabolic waste, targets specific areas of the body and is commonly used to target deeper layers of the body for stagnation of blood and qi and is commonly used to treat common colds and pain conditions.
  • Gua Sha
Gua Sha is a tool used to clear away stagnation in the superficial tissues of the body to improve circulation, clear away stagnation in muscles and fascia, and alleviate cold symptoms. This is usually done in combination with acupuncture.
Auricular Acupuncture
Auricular Acupuncture (ear acupuncture) is a complete system of acupuncture. There are dozens of points on the ear which correspond to all parts of the body, both external and internal. This system is believed to work primarily through the endocrine and nervous systems.

Massage
  • Tui na massage
it’s based on the theory that imbalances of qi, can cause blockages or imbalances that lead to symptoms such as pain and illness. Tui na massage stimulates the flow of qi to promote balance and harmony within the body using many of the same principles of acupuncture. It’s similar to acupuncture in the way it targets specific acupoints, but practitioners use fingers instead of needles to apply pressure to stimulate these points. Tui na massage is often used in combination with acupuncture.
  • Swedish massage
a special therapeutic and diagnostic system based on work with skin and muscles. It is performed to energize the body and improve overall health. This type of massage involves actions like effleurage and petrissage, percussion, kneading, vibration, tapping and rolling. Massage oil or lotion is used to protect the skin from friction.
  • Deep tissue massage
deep tissue massage is a massage, that's mainly used to treat musculoskeletal issues, such as strains and sports injuries. It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues, for this we using the tips or phalanges of the fingers, fist, forearm and elbow.
  • Aromatherapy
aromatherapy is a holistic healing treatment that uses natural plant extracts to promote health and well-being. Sometimes it’s called essential oil therapy. Aromatherapy uses aromatic essential oils medicinally to improve the health of the body, mind, and spirit. It enhances both physical and emotional health. Aromatherapy is thought of as both an art and a science. Recently, aromatherapy has gained more recognition in the fields of science and medicine.
  • Thai massage
it is aimed not only at working with the body, but also with the entire human body, its physical and energy state
  • Shiatsu
it is aimed at restoring the human energy balance and improving the circulation of energy in the body
